Rutland and Northants Training Group was formed  by the amalgamation of Rutland Training Group with Kettering Oundle and Wellingborough Training Group in June 2007.  Previously both groups had been providing training in the area for over  20 years. The Group is  registered with Lantra as an Approved Training Provider.

 

The Group offers landbased training courses to all rural industries in Rutland and Northamptonshire as well as  parts of Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire   Buckinghamshire  Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire..

 

The Group is run on a membership basis and led by an elected management committee.  The Group is non-profit making.  All courses are initiated by members.  Instructors are all from the industry and experts in their own field.  Courses cover the whole range of agricultural, horticultural and rural requirements.
